These Website Terms of Use ("Terms of Use") govern your access to and use of gethumayn.com (the "Site"), operated by Humayn ("Humayn," "we," "our," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms of Use are separate from, and supplemental to, our Invoice Terms and Conditions (which govern the commercial billing relationship between Humayn and its clients) and our Privacy Policy (which governs the collection and use of personal information).

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Use.

3.1Permitted Use

You may use the Site for lawful purposes, including learning about Humayn's services, contacting us, and engaging with content we publish. You may view, download, and print Site content for personal, non-commercial reference, provided you do not modify the content or remove any proprietary notices.

3.2Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video, audio, and software, is the property of Humayn or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Humayn name, the Humayn logo, and the wordmark "humayn" are trademarks of Humayn. Use of these marks without prior written permission is prohibited.

4.2Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, Humayn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• —Use the Site or its contents to develop competing services

4.3Feedback

7.3Site Availability

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Humayn, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury, even if Humayn has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event will Humayn's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site exceed one hundred US dollars ($100), or the amount actually paid by you to Humayn for use of the Site in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) and survives termination of these Terms of Use.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Humayn, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• —Your violation of any rights of any third party
• —Any content you submit through the Site

Humayn reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without notice and at our sole discretion, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Site will first be addressed through good-faith discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be referred to arbitration in Islamabad under the Arbitration Act, 1940, with English as the language of proceedings.

This Section 11 does not limit Humayn's right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, brand, or business interests.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent update. For material changes, we will provide notice through the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Use, together with the Invoice Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Humayn regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements on the same subject.
